Yes. The content and products are presented under a scientific research approach, with technical documentation and analytical control. They are not offered as medications, supplements, or products for treatment or diagnosis.
¿Cuál es el canal principal de atención?
WhatsApp is the main channel for orders, tracking, payments with issues, and operational questions. Include your EXO number if you already have an order.
¿Qué métodos de pago aceptan actualmente?
We accept credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) with 3D Secure verification, directly at checkout. We also accept SPEI transfer: if you prefer not to use a card, message us on WhatsApp and we'll share the details; we release your order once the deposit is confirmed. Card payment is processed through a certified and encrypted gateway; EXOMA does not store your full card details.
How much does shipping cost?
Domestic shipping has a flat rate of $200 MXN. It is free when the eligible subtotal exceeds $2,000 MXN. The final amount is shown before payment.
¿Cómo realizo un pedido?
Select the products from the catalog, add them to the cart, and complete checkout with your contact details, shipping address, and card payment. The order is confirmed once the charge shows as approved. You will then receive confirmation by email and, later, the tracking number once the package is prepared.
What does “research grade” mean?
It means the compound is offered for scientific research, technical documentation and analytical control. It is not presented as a medication, supplement, cosmetic or product for diagnosis, treatment, prevention or administration.
¿Cómo protegen mis datos de pago?
Full card details are processed by the payment gateway and are not stored at EXOMA. The site only keeps the information necessary to process the order, support, and traceability.
¿Dónde consulto el estado de mi pedido?
You can check My Account, use the tracking page, or message us on WhatsApp with your EXO number. The tracking label is sent by email when the order is prepared.

What does HPLC purity mean?
HPLC is an analytical technique used to estimate purity. A purity ≥99% indicates a high proportion of the target molecule and a low relative level of impurities detectable by that method. The reading should be reviewed together with the batch COA.
